How to Clear Cache on KWTV Apps
If your KWTV app is not opening, freezing, loading slowly, showing a blank screen, or acting strange, clearing the app cache is one of the first troubleshooting steps you should try.
📺 Which App Should You Clear Cache On?
This guide applies to whichever KWTV app you are currently using.

Clearing data may remove your saved login information.
🤖 Google TV / Android TV Instructions
Use these steps if you are using a Google TV, Android TV, Chromecast with Google TV, Onn device, NVIDIA Shield, or similar Android-based streaming device.
```Clear Cache on Google TV / Android TV
- From the Google TV home screen, go to Settings.
- Select Apps.
- Choose See All Apps.
- Select the app you are using: KWTV or KWTV XC.
- Select Force Stop.
- Select Clear Cache.
- Reopen the app and give it a minute to fully load.
This may erase your saved login details.
🔄 Still Having Issues?
After clearing cache, reopen the app and allow it a minute to fully load.
If the issue continues, restart your device by unplugging it from power for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in and try again.
A full restart can help refresh the device connection and clear out temporary glitches that may still be running in the background.
🛡️ VPN Reminder
If channels are still buffering, not loading, or acting inconsistent after clearing cache and restarting your device, your internet provider may be interfering with the connection.
Using a VPN can often help improve access and stability, especially if your internet provider is slowing down or blocking certain streaming connections.
