Having the fastest possible plan within your budget is my TRUE recommendation.
No matter what plan you are on - you'll never get THAT speed (it's UP TO that speed)
Running speed tests on devices you’re not streaming from are irrelevant
2 things are a HUGE FACTORS - that you need to make sure of, in order to have the best possible experience:
- Your SIGNAL TYPE.
- YOU SHOULD BE ON A 5GHz signal. 2.4GHz signals are likely to be "tripped up" because it's not as versatile at Low Band.
- Your Internet SPEED.
- We recommend you get the fastest speed you can afford - but AT MINIMUM, you should be pulling at least
- 50mbps DOWN, and 10mbps UP
- Anything less is "sketchy" on our service and we cant troubleshoot much further.
